Volleyball Skills and Tactics

Improve your skills this summer

The Pacific volleyball program offers a fun and active environment where students of all athletic abilities can participate in the sport of volleyball. Athletes can come and build confidence while learning volleyball skills, drills and tactics.

At the Summer Institute volleyball program, you will interact with and learn from Division I coaches and players. You will be able to play in the historic Alex G. Spanos Center and catch a glimpse into the lives of college athletes. Whether you're looking to hone in your advanced skills or just learning the rotations for the first time, you will have a great opportunity to reach that next level of play.

Curriculum

Our fast-paced drills are designed to create a competitive environment where athletes will feel safe to make mistakes and get better. Each court will have dedicated instructors with lots of experience.

While the program teaches participants the skills necessary to excel in the sport of volleyball, the focus remains on sportsmanship, responsibility and, of course, fun!

In addition to the sport-specific skills of the game of volleyball, this program will also provide classroom sessions consisting of video review and mental training.
