During this intensive, three-day, hands-on workshop, Dr. Stevenson will provide you with the knowledge, tools and skills required to set a clear course of mastery in this exciting arena of restorative dentistry. He will discuss variations in preparation design for different types of patients and how and when to implement the following: traditional veneers, super veneers, posterior veneers, vonlays and full ceramic crowns. Stevenson III, DDS, the program director for this course, earned a DDS degree and AEGD certificate from UCLA School of Dentistry. He has published many articles on restorative techniques has written several textbook chapters. He is board certified in operative dentistry and practices dentistry in San Dimas, CA with a focus on using a microscope in aesthetic dentistry. He retired from UCLA in 2018 as professor emeritus of clinical dentistry, and then founded Stevenson Dental Solutions, a teaching institute dedicated to hands-on training, where he serves as the director of education. Cristina D. Lopez, DMD, is a 1991 graduate of the University of the East. After practicing general dentistry in the Philippines, she immigrated to the United States and obtained her dental license.  She began as a lecturer in restorative dentistry at UCLA School of Dentistry in 2007, where she has served in several roles, including assistant to the chair in both the fixed prosthodontics and operative dentistry courses.  She has given presentations and table clinics throughout the U.S. and Asia in the area of cast gold, veneers and dental materials.  She is a member of the Los Angeles Advanced Restorative Study Club and has taught with Dr. Stevenson since 2008.
