Kathy English

Kathy English, MBE (she, her, hers) serves as the Program Specialist for Black Student Services within the Center for Identity and Inclusion, since January of 2021.  She works to establish a cooperative working relationship with students, campus departments and the public.  Kathy’s role is to provide support, help student’s secure access to resources and educate based on the school’s efforts on campus-wide awareness and competence regarding equity and inclusion and will create a welcoming environment for students from all backgrounds and identities.

She received her bachelor’s degree in business from University of Phoenix and a master's degree in business entrepreneurship from the University of Silicon Valley.  Kathy’s first love is education and she taught business communications, professional development and freshman success for 11 years.
