From 1985 to 2009, Kathleen Friedrich taught practical lawyering skills in various live client clinics at McGeorge. She was a supervising attorney with the Civil Practice Clinic, Elder Law Clinic, Immigration Clinic, Landlord Tenant Clinic and Small Claims Advisors Clinic. She was an associate professor in the Global Lawyering Skills program from 2009-2012. She is the author of two chapters on client interviewing and client counseling inĀ Global Lawyering Skills. She was an administrative law judge with the California Department of Social Services from 2012-2014. From 1998 to the present, she has taught Client Interviewing & Counseling and coached the ABA Client Counseling Competition teams. Today, although still a licensed attorney and adjunct professor, her primary work is as a hobby goat farmer and cheesemaker.
