Abi Ingleton

Dr. Ingleton joins the Eberhardt School as the Assistant Dean for Student Success. The role will provide strategic oversight to ensure undergraduate business students receive a seamless, holistic experience that prepares them academically and professionally. Additionally, the Assistant Dean will oversee peer student tutors who provide services and success coaching to support undergraduate students achieve their academic, personal and career goals. This will include direct one-on-one coaching with students identified as academically at-risk of attrition.

A native New Yorker, Dr. Ingleton joins the Eberhardt School with more than 30 years of experience in higher education. She has previously worked at Columbia University, University of Southern California, and most recently joined the University of the Pacific in 2019 as Director of Academic Advising.
